We’re hooked up and ready to roll tomorrow morning! We still have to load our clothes and food but we’re on it! I smoked up 3 racks of Baby Back Ribs and a Brisket so we’ll be eating good.

So usually the night before a trip I work ALL NIGHT to try to get something wrapped up to be able to go on vacation, last night was no different. I worked until 5AM! And then had a 9am conference call and some last minute emails to send to make sure I had good coverage .. so as you can imagine, our 8am pull out time has been a little pushed back.
We are mostly packed and ready – just have to haul the last minute items into the RV, load the dogs and GO!!
We did take a break around 10:00 to go to Andy’s to get our traditional “Vacation Ice Cream” .. and it was as good as ever!
Promise the next post will be from somewhere OTHER than Tyler, Texas!
